BY-LAWS

ARTICLE V – OFFICERS

The Executive Officers of Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. shall include President of the College, Chairman of the Board, Vice President, Executive Secretary, and Treasurer.

The term of service for the Board of Trustees or National Advisory Board shall be for life unless dismissed by the Board of Trustees for failure to annually sign the agreement to the Constitution and By-Laws, incompetence, or any other violation of Biblical principles. The officers, trustees, board members and national advisory board members must be in full harmony with the constitution, by-laws, and principles of Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. An annual signed affirmation will be required by all officers, trustees, board members, national advisory board members, faculty, staff, and employees.

On all crisis matters that involve the public and or media, the Executive Secretary shall be the only spokesman for the college. The Executive Secretary will consult with the Executive Officers before making any public statement.

There are two main boards for Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc.

The Board of Trustees shall not exceed twelve (12) members in addition to the President of the College. The Board of Trustees is the only voting board and will act as the trustees for the college.

The National Advisory Board (NAB) is a non-voting participant of the Board of Directors and may give counsel to the Board of Trustees, the President of the College and his executive leadership team. All committees will be comprised of at least two (2) members from the Board of Trustees as well as two (2) members from the National Advisory Board and may have faculty and/or staff from the college participate. The committee will bring all recommendations to the voting board for consideration and a final vote.

ARTICLE VI – MEETINGS

Meetings of the Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. Board of Directors shall be called by the Chairman of the Board and the President of the College. The board of directors shall conduct at least two (2) annual meetings to discuss the business of the college. The Executive Secretary shall notify active board members at least one month prior to the meeting. Notice of the meeting along with a copy of the Agenda may be sent via U.S. Mail and/or by electronic mail to the active board members.

ARTICLE VII: RULES OF ORDER

Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. shall be governed by "Robert's Rules of Order" in cases when it is applicable and consistent with this our constitution and by-laws.

ARTICLE VIII – ADOPTION AND AMENDMENTS

This Constitution and bylaws becomes effective immediately upon its approval by the Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. Board of Directors. This Constitution and bylaws supersedes all previous editions.

Proposed amendments to this Constitution and bylaws may be made with a majority vote of the Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. Board of Directors.

The Constitution and Bylaws of Florida Bible College of Tampa, Inc. was declared in force by the Board of Directors on the fifth of October, 2012.
